What's the catch?
No catch. AGC offers this to new property management clients to demonstrate how we operate. If you don't switch, you owe us nothing. The offer stands on its own.
Do I have to leave my current agent?
Yes — this offer applies to properties that AGC manages. The switch typically takes 30–60 days depending on your existing agreement. We handle the full transition — notice to your current agent, document handover, and tenant communication.
Which insurer does AGC use?
CoverWise — a specialist landlord insurer, not a bank add-on policy. We've reviewed their policy terms. No malicious-damage loophole, no requirement to prove intent. You're actually covered.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Our core area is Waterloo, Redfern, Surry Hills, Zetland, Alexandria, and Mascot. We also manage properties across broader inner-city Sydney. Call to confirm your suburb — if we can't manage it well, we'll say so.
What happens after the first year?
The policy renews at market rate. We'll walk you through your options at renewal time. You're never locked in to the policy or to AGC.
Can you speak Cantonese or Mandarin?
Yes. Gwilym and Alan are both fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English. If you'd prefer to discuss your property in either language, just let us know when you call.
